Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cut-off time for same-day cake delivery?
Orders must be placed by 4pm for same-day delivery or self-collection.
Can I add a personalised message when ordering for same-day delivery?
No: personalised piped messages are not available on same-day orders due to the preparation time required. If a message is important, place your order in advance rather than on the day.
Are all Cedele cakes available for same-day delivery, or only certain ones?
Same-day delivery applies only to the cakes listed in this specific collection, not the full Cedele catalogue. Check here first before assuming a particular cake is available on the day.
What happens if I place my order after the same-day cut-off?
Your order is moved to the next available delivery or collection day. You will not be able to receive it the same day, so check the cut-off time before ordering if timing is critical.
Is there a minimum spend for free delivery?
Yes: orders of $120 or above qualify for free islandwide delivery. Orders below this threshold incur a standard delivery fee, which is calculated at checkout.
